In Shangri La 2, the sequel to the popular Word game Shangri La Deluxe, you can expect more levels and some new gameplay twists.
To advance down the road to Shangri La, you must create words by clicking on letter tiles on the board in order to reveal special star tiles. To collect a star tile you must free it by clearing space around it. Once you collect all the star tiles, you move on to the next level.
Unlike the original Shangri La, many of the levels are not timed so take all the time you need to think about your next move. To earn more points, try to form words that are as long as possible, or created from letter tiles that are all the same color, or if you manage to spell the level's special bonus word. During the timed levels, you need to find all the stars before the time runs out in order to earn a Seal of Shangri La which takes you one step closer to your destination.
From time to time you'll also be able to take advantage of power-ups to rescue yourself from sticky situations and help you get further in the game!
